FOUND: Joy

“I once was lost, but now am found
was blind, but now I see.”
My last post was raw and honest…
My heart was truly just crawling along under the heaviness of emotion.
But then my momma came over with a WalMart bag in hand.
What she carried in that bag is not as important as the joy that was created by her thoughtfulness…
What she carried in that bag is not as important as her desire to spend time with her daughter and her daughter’s three daughters…
What she carried in that bag were the ingredients for joy, spelled out as:
baking   cookies
My contribution???
It came in deep laughter and the swiping of seemingly poisoned chocolate chips:
Can life get better than a freshly-made-by-my-mom-and-kids
chocolate chip cookie?
*sigh*
Looking up as always…
